If you have any questions about the installation, commissioning and operation of the products you have purchased from us, you can usually contact the manufacturers directly. Detailed information and contact details can be found in the manufacturer service levels of the respective manufacturer, which you can also find at the bottom of each product detail page under the heading ‘Services’.

Of course, we will also support you if you have any questions about one of our products after your purchase that you were unable to clarify directly with the manufacturer. In such cases, our technical sales advisors will take the time to answer your specific questions and, if necessary, liaise between you and the manufacturer so that you receive an answer to your technical query as quickly as possible.
